Delivery
These are special order products that we order from our warehouse in France. Since Brexit, things have changed a little and we need to allow sufficient time for your order to clear customs.
On receipt of your order we place an order with our French warehouse. They then package the order and send back to us via customs. Once we receive your order, we will dispatch to you using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
There are no duty fees to pay – we take care of that and all the customs paperwork. The price you see is the price you pay!
If you have ordered a product that is stocked in our UK warehouse, we aim to get this packed and shipped to you within 2 - 4 working days.
If you’ve requested a special order product, we advise 2 - 4 weeks before you receive your order because the product needs time to be shipped from France and clear customs before being sent to you.
When we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number so that you can track the progress of your parcel.
If for any reason there is a delay getting your order shipped, then we will email you with an update and revised delivery schedule.
Yes. We have introduced this new service for a small additional charge of £4.95. Products ordered from our UK warehouse can be delivered next day if ordered before 2pm. To choose this option, just select 'next day delivery' at checkout.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control caused by Royal Mail.
Please note that special order products from our French warehouse can only be delivered in a 2 - 4 week timeframe.
Customer Service
We monitor our customer services email during working hours on a Monday to Friday basis. Any emails sent outside of this time will be responded to once we are back in the office.

We are delighted to offer a renovation service for Mephisto footwear.
When using the renovation service, your footwear will be carefully examined by Mephisto technicians in France. They will be completely re-soled, and the price includes replacement insoles, laces and any minor stitching work. This is an exemplary service offered by very few world class manufacturers. There are no additional costs for duty - the price you see is the price you pay!

If you can also provide photos that would be very helpful.
