We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it in an unworn condition as it was received within 15 days of purchase (with all packaging including the shoe box, cardboard inserts and tissue) and we will refund the price paid for the product. This will not include postage costs.

How to make a return

To make a return, please contact us at customerservices@footwear4you.co.uk explaining the reason for the return:

a) Too small
b) Too large
c) Changed my mind
d) Not as described
e) Received the wrong item
f) Damaged or defective
g) Other - please explain

Once we have agreed your return, please post the package and reason for return note to:

We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be liable for goods lost in transit.

Once your goods are received a full refund will be processed for the cost of your goods. Please note if goods are returned in a condition we deem unsuitable for re-sale we reserve the right to impose an appropriate charge. It may take up to 10 business days for refunds to show on your original payment method.

You are responsible for the cost of postage back to us, unless there has been an error on our part (for example wrong size sent).   In the event we have made an error, we will organise for a pre-paid shipping label to be sent to you prior to sending the goods back.
