Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery

For products stocked in our UK warehouse, we aim to get your order packed and shipped to you within 2 - 4 working days using our standard delivery service.

Standard deliveries for orders over £25 are FREE to mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland including Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, Guernsey and Jersey.

For orders under £25, we charge a £4.95 delivery fee.

Special Orders

If you’ve requested a special order product, we advise 2 - 4 weeks before you receive your order because the product needs time to be shipped from France and clear customs before being sent to you.

Delivery for all orders over £25 is free, and there are no customs charges for you to pay. 

Tracking Your Order

When we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number so that you can track the progress of your parcel.

In the unlikely event your parcel goes astray, we request you allow up to 21 days before our delivery partners consider the item as lost. In this event, please email us at customerservices@footwear4you.co.uk.

If for any reason there is a delay getting your order shipped, then we will email you with an update and revised delivery schedule.

Useful Information

The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order and include VAT. Prices shown include delivery to all UK postcodes with no additional duty or taxes payable.

The Channel Islands are not part of the UK for VAT purposes, so orders going to the Channel Islands are treated as zero-rated exports. However, the total amount that you pay for your order will not change: we consider the costs of doing business across all of the markets we operate in, and price our products based on a variety of commercial market factors.
