About the Mephisto renovation service

Are your favourite pair of Mephisto shoes in need of some TLC and a professional overhaul? Age does not matter!

The Mephisto factory in France offers a renovation service for Mephisto footwear. When using the renovation service, your footwear will be carefully examined by Mephisto technicians in France. They will be completely re-soled, and the price includes replacement insoles, laces and any minor stitching work.

This is an exemplary service offered by very few world class manufacturers. The feedback from our customers over the years has encouraged us to promote this as extraordinarily good value for money. There are no additional costs for duty, freight, etc. The price you see is the price you pay.

Which styles can be renovated?

We are able to offer the renovation service for the following models:

• Rainbow
• Cruiser
• Pegasio
• Barracuda
• Max
• Christy

Please note that sandals and boots are excluded from this service.

If your shoes are not listed, please email us at customerservices@footwear4you.co.uk before placing an order and will confirm if your shoes can be renovated.

How to order in seven simple steps

1. Place your order online and make a note of the order reference number.
2. Send your footwear securely packaged to us using a tracked postal service, quoting your order reference number.
3. We will send images of your shoes to Mephisto to confirm they can proceed with the renovation.
4. Assuming all is OK, we will send your shoes to the Mephisto Team in France.
5. Skilled technicians will then renovate your Mephisto shoes.
6. Your shoes will be returned to us.
7. We will inspect your renovated shoes and return them to you. There will be no additional fees for you to pay.

Once you have placed your order online, please send your footwear securely packed and quoting your order reference number, to:

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit.

How long does the service take?

We estimate 7 to 8 weeks, to allow for customs clearance. This is an estimate and could vary during key holiday periods. If the repair is likely to take longer than anticipated, we will email you.

What happens if my shoes can't be repaired?

Repair is subject to availability of components being currently in range. In the unlikely event a repair is technically not possible (due to wear or the necessary materials no longer available) we will contact you to discuss the option of having your footwear returned.

Payment for the repair service is taken and processed at the time of ordering. In the unlikely event the footwear is deemed "not repairable", a refund will be promptly made, minus a shipping/handling charge of £10. This shipping/handling charge will be waived if a new order is placed with footwear4you.co.uk for Mephisto footwear.
